Bill Gannon

Since 1977, Bill Gannon has been one of the most sought-after solo performers in Rhode Island. With an engaging style and quick wit, he has entertained thousands in some of the area's most legendary rooms; London Street Pub, Schillers, Alias Smith and Jones, Mews Tavern, The BonVue Inn, Foley's Tavern, Gillian's Ale House, The Irish Pub (just to name a few.)

In the past several years, he has branched out to include a duo and 5 piece band in his musical universe. Says Bill " I cut my musical teeth in a 5 piece band in college. It only seemed natural after having been so fortunate as a solo act to try it again and have some fun with it." Indeed!

His voice, as powerful as ever seems as comfortable belting out the Stones with the band, as it does doing Buffet or Van Morrison on his vintage Guild F-50R acoustic guitar.

Bill also performs with guitar maestro Terry Benander as "The Bill Gannon Duo".
